Personal training is one of the most individual and at the same time one of the most exclusive services for a person. The training is based on being individually tailored to you, so the costs are also individual. It depends on what goal you have and in which direction you want to go.
With us, your monthly membership in the area of personal training with the Soyou Pure PT begins at €560 (plus VAT) a month. The service package includes four units of 60 minutes each with one of our certified trainers. We recommend our holistic Soyou Easy package for beginners, which, in addition to personal training, also includes individual nutritional advice and systematic coaching at Sabrina.
