I am Sabrina Oepen from Cologne. Managing Director of Soyou®, Coach, Personal Trainer and A visionary & Optimist! I have been a personal trainer since 2014 and have built up my own business in recent years. 2021 I have soyou® founded and quickly brought the necessary reinforcement and expertise to my ever-growing clientele. In the last yeshear I have acquired more and more knowledge that I would like to pass on to you.

We are now a team of four. Together we pursue a holistic approach from personal training, Nutritional advice and coaching. We not only help people to become slimmer, fitter and healthier. We encourage you to lead a happy, self-determined and successful life. And with a great deal of lightness and humor. We support each other in the team. A warm and family atmosphere is important to us. In addition to our professional work, we laugh and have a lot of fun. We are also internationally on the go and work in a relaxed manner in a café or on the beach in a relaxed atmosphere.
