Our nutritionist Sarah Lieb

Hey, I’m Sarah! I have been working in the fitness industry for 10 years and have been a nutritionist for 5 years. A job I’m burning for! I am a nutritionist and food scientist with a focus on human nutrition.

I wrote my thesis on fasting in the therapy of depression. I realized once again how complex the topic of food is. It has such a big influence on our psyche and also vice versa. It fascinates me every time.

I’m always deeply touched when customers open up to me and talk to me about their eating habits. If we discover what is behind it together. I would also like to take the pressure off you on this sensitive topic to have to correspond to an ideal and support you in finding your own way. 

I have never forbidden our customers. I’m always open to new methods. I myself really enjoy a piece of cake or a good gin 🙂
